It helps maintain optimal humidity by producing a fine mist at programmed intervals, with duration and frequency easily adjustable according to the type of plants or animals kept. Frequent misting helps stimulate breeding and is essential for maintaining live tropical plants such as bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc.
The system can be programmed to mist several times per 24-hour cycle, for durations ranging from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. The large 1.5 L (0.40 US gal) reservoir allows for continuous operation for several days without refilling (ideal for vacations), and refilling is simple: no need to uninstall the entire system.
