Hagen Tropican Lifetime Cockatiel Granules are a scientifically formulated diet that provides juvenile parrots from fledging to adulthood with a balanced and palatable daily diet for maintaining a healthy life.

Since Tropican foods contain vitamins and minerals, vitamin supplementation is not necessary. Due to its low protein and calcium content, the Lifetime formula is ideal for pet birds that are not molting and are not undergoing other stresses such as cold temperatures.

Designed to be highly palatable, the formula contains natural fruit flavors such as orange and banana, as well as a blend of eight grains and nuts. Additionally, it contains natural colorants such as carrot and alfalfa to add extra appeal without using artificial substances.

Furthermore, the formula is rich in omega fatty acids from flaxseed, peanuts, and sunflower seeds, contributing to a shiny plumage and a healthy body.

Tropican extruded pellets break cleanly without turning into fine powder, unlike farm pellets, thus significantly reducing waste. The hard, dense pieces of Tropican foods help keep the beak healthy, which is essential for the overall health of birds.

Tropican formulas are manufactured in Canada and undergo a rigorous three-step testing process. This process ensures that consumers receive the highest quality food possible, which they can rely on and which poses no danger to their precious feathered companion.

The 2 mm extruded granules are easy to eat and are recommended for cockatiels, lovebirds, rosellas, and parrotlets.
