Advantage® II kills 98–100% of the fleas on a cat within 24 hours of treatment. Fleas, eggs, and larvae also die when they come into contact with dander from an Advantage® II treated animal.

How does it work?
Once applied to the back of the neck, Advantage® II is not absorbed by the skin. It spreads in a thin layer and binds to your pet's skin oils. Upon contact with the treated skin and fur, adult fleas become paralyzed and die.
Advantage® II not only eliminates adult fleas on contact, but thanks to the pyriproxyfen (an insect growth regulator) it contains, which distributes throughout the house on the hairs and dander that fall from the cat, it also prevents flea eggs and larvae from progressing to the next stage of development and effectively kills them.
How to apply it to your cat
Advantage® II is available in a pre-measured applicator tube, adapted to your cat's weight. It spreads easily on the skin to provide whole-body flea protection, on contact.
